When we started drafting the operating values for Bolt, we settled on four main themes:
- Deliver continuous feedback
- Take risks
- Honor execution
- Care about your people
We then crafted our new set of operating values around these themes, using inputs from our team, as well as looking to the past. We wanted them to encompass not just how we currently act, think, and work together, but also to demonstrate where we were headed as a company.
These operating values became the foundation upon which our culture and success was built. It was incumbent upon everyone at Bolt to live up to and model these in order to build the culture we wanted to see.
